Job Responsibilities:

We are adding to the team of a Success Factors implementation with our global client.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analysis, Development, Modifications, installation and maintenance of SAP
    Cloud platform integrations (SAP CPI).

  • Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), training, knowledge-transfer, and deployment.

Skills:

  • Must have knowledge in HCI (Hana Cloud Integration) and Dell Boomi.
  • Have a full understanding of cloud-based integration, API management, and Master Data Management.
  • Working knowledge on all types of connectors types in BOOMI, process reporting and Atom/ Atmosphere management.

  • Work on customer HCM Transformation project by actively participating and contributing to collaborative brainstorming sessions and technical discussions with business and customer teams. 
  • Analyze project pre-requisites from both technical and customer perspectives. Evaluate feasibility, considering technical capabilities and customer expectations, and propose viable technical solutions. Research and evaluate innovative technologies. 
  • Support the customer on Technical Project Management to Organize, Execute, Monitor, and Control the Program.
  • Create the workshop/training/functional testing/data migration strategy and schedules and running the related communications. Manage all the project tasks and necessary project documentation.
  • Create detailed technical documentation that is customer-friendly, including architecture diagrams, solution overviews and business process flows with process controls. 
  • Participate in iterative workshops, walk through the incremental solution, and take feedback from the business/customer key users.   • Guide the team to build the test scripts and testing processes. Create test automation processes, wherever necessary. Ensure that technical components align with the overall customer experience and journey. Review the systems, programs, configurations, code, and design adherence to customer requirements. Review the unit testing and user acceptance results, ensure bug fixing with a holistic perspective. Support and guide the project team on system go-live and post product support phases. 
  • Develop cutover strategy, develop a plan, and manage execution.
  • Create hyper-care plan and manage the execution of Onsite consultation & support as needed (as per mutually agreed model).
  • Conduct efforts to identify, analyze, provide recommendations, and implement improvements to applications to prevent potential problems before they occur, concentrating on those applications considered critical (i.e., high business impact). 
  • Provide technical training and guidance to customers, ensuring they can effectively use and interact with the solution. Function as a bridge between customers and technical teams, incorporating customer feedback into solution improvements.
